Letter of Good Standing

Letters of Good Standing are used to verify full-time medical school enrollment.  This is often requested by insurance companies. 

• Complete and submit the Document Request form .
• Letters can be picked up in Ward 1-003 or mailed to a third party as denoted on the request.
