| Students registering to take the board exams (Step 1, Step 2 CK and Step 2 CS) must submit their application to the Registrar's office for processing. - Complete the USLME examination application .
- Complete the Document Request form
 . - Submit both with an attached passport picture to the Registrar's office.
- The Registar's office will send the application to the USMLE after processing. You can denote if you would prefer to pickup the application and submit to the USMLE.
