Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers formal individual and group counseling to students. CAPS also offers special support groups and workshops that cover such topics as dissertation support, grief and bereavement, stress management, self-esteem, and relationship skills. There is no charge for students to be seen at CAPS.

These professional services are strictly confidential. There is no record or communication to the school administration or outside party. In rare circumstances involving imminent danger, as required by Illinois law, confidentiality may need to be broken.
