Students who demonstrate egregious professional behavior may receive a physicianship form from a course or clerkship director. These forms will be sent to the Associate Dean for Student Programs and Professional Development. Students who receive a form will need to meet with the Associate Dean for Student Programs and Professional Development. If a student receives three forms for egregious behavior while a medical student, he or she will need to appear before the Student Promotions Committee. In circumstances when extremely inappropriate behavior is exhibited, a student may be required to come before the Student Promotions Committee on the grounds of a single physicianship form.
