Westinghouse College Prep Partnership
The Office of Diversity is pleased to support a new partnership between Northwestern Medicine and the Westinghouse College Prep. Northwestern Memorial Hospital is a proud sponsor of this new partnership.
Westinghouse College Prep is a new school in the Chicago Public School system and part of the Career and Technical Education division. Students interested in careers in health can apply for a seat in the MD/PhD career track at Westinghouse. The partnership will provide supplemental instruction, mentoring and career guidance, and an innovative, hands-on approach to learning about medicine. The program is in the very first phase of implementation, so please check back for updates soon.
