Clinical Trials Unit Fellows
The Clinical Trials Unit in the Department of Dermatology facilitates both investigator and sponsor driven innovative clinical research studies. Clinical research is conducted at both Northwestern University and Children’s Memorial Hospital. The Clinical Trials Unit is directed by Dr. Dennis West. |
The current 2011-2012 Clinical Trials Unit Clinical Research Fellows are:
- Nazila Barahmani, MD is a former Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Scientist at University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is a first year clinical research fellow.
- Jaimee Holbrook, MD received her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is a second year clinical research fellow.
- Katherine Mercy, MD received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her Pediatrics Residency at Northwestern McGaw/Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. She is a first year clinical research fellow.
- Elizabeth Sherlock, MD received her MD from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
- Duri Yun, MD, MPH received her MD and MPH from the University of Illinois and completed her Pediatrics Residency at the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital. She is a first year clinical research fellow.
- Steven Nwe, DO received his DO from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Chicago (NorthShore University HealthSystem) where he also served as Chief Resident. He is a first year clinical research fellow.
