If you are a department chair, division chief, department or division administrator, business office manager or other administrative support, you may receive questions from your faculty about the survey process or requests to assist with the completion of the annual disclosure survey. Your contributions are important to ensuring that we reach our goal of 100 percent participation in 2018.
This year's survey will be distributed to all users on February 1, 2018. All users will be required to complete the disclosure survey on or before February 28, 2018. They will each receive an email with a link to the survey and a personalized password.
The Feinberg Office for Regulatory Affairs anticipates that, similar to last year, we will need to work closely with department and division leadership to ensure that all individuals complete the survey by the deadline. Department chairs and department administrators will be given specific access to our survey administration tool to assist in understanding their department's survey submission status. Please know that we also offer training and support to administrators responsible for assisting individuals in completing their surveys. Survey facilitator trainings will take place, with more information about these trainings being provided to you via email in January 2018.
We encourage you to share the link for new and returning users with your departments and divisions in advance of February 1st.
