Video files should be provided on CD, DVD, flash media, weblink, or on a shared drive.
Please note the following requirements for video files:
- Video File Formats Accepted:
- Windows Media Video (.WMV)
.3GP (cell phones)
.AVI (windows)
.MOV (mac)
.MP4 (ipod/psp)
.MPEG
.FLV (adobe flash)
.MKV (h.264) - Maximum File Size: 2GB.
- The following information is needed to upload any media to YouTube:
- The Title of the video
- The Creator of the video
Example: XYZ Studios, John Smith, etc. We will include this information at the bottom of the description. - A Tag or Keywords
Tags are labels or keywords you can assign to a file to make it searchable. You may enter as many tags as you wish. - A Description of the video
Provide a brief description of what the media item is about, any relevant information that does not fit into any of the other fields, such as the names of performers or speakers, whether the event or item is part of a series, the school or program that sponsored it, etc. Please include copyright information.
