Guide to using the NU Billing System to reserve instruments

You may want to print out this page for future reference.

1. Go to https://orders.biotechlab.northwestern.edu/Cellimaging/

2. Enter with your NetID and password.

3. On the drop down window next to "Existing User", choose your instrument.

For confocal users, please make sure you choose the correct instrument between "LSM 510 META" and "UV LSM 510 META"

4. A calendar will pop up. Choose the desired date

5. Key in the desired time. Do not mix up your am/pm!!

6. Make sure you put in your phone number. This is the only time you will have to key your phone.

7. Click "Make Reservation and Close Window"

8. In a couple of second, the window will refresh, and your reserved time will appear on calendar.

9. You are all set!

Please be aware that Northwestern University is still improving this billing system, and we do need your help to correct some of the hidden bugs. If you run into problem while trying to sign up, please forward the entire error message to Teng-Leong Chew. We do need this error message to trouble-shoot the problem.
