Like the human body, the Feinberg School of Medicine is composed of finely tuned
parts that interconnect to maintain strength, nurture growth, and enable movement.
Education is our primary mission and the lifeblood of our institution—in constant circulation and regeneration as each student and faculty member shares
his or her unique knowledge and gains knowledge through new experiences.
Research is the muscle that moves us forward, growing larger and stronger with each
reach into unknown territory. Clinical service is at the backbone of what we do—medical education and research exist to improve the health and well-being of patients.
Community service is the pathway through which our students and faculty members
lend a hand to the underserved. By volunteering for community service programs across
the country and around the globe, they breathe life into entire populations.
Here we dissect the anatomy of the Feinberg School of Medicine to reveal how
all its parts contribute to the whole. |
