Medical school alumni (MD, GME, or other programs) must create a username and password to view Progress Notes by applying for access to the Alumni Directory. Be sure your password of 5 to 8 characters will be easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. Once we verify your records, you will receive an e-mail message with your user name. It will also confirm that the password you requested has been activated. You can then enter both below, click on “login” and then gain access to both Progress Notes and the Alumni Directory. If you already have access to the Alumni Directory, your approved username and password will also grant you access to Progress Notes. If you have any questions, or at a later time forget your password, just e-mail medalum@northwestern.edu.
