It is an annual tradition at Northwestern for medical school administration and faculty members to welcome incoming students at their homes or a restaurant for dinner. This year, these dinners will be held during Orientation Week on Thursday evening, August 27, 2009. These dinners are organized by the Alumni Office to provide you an opportunity to meet and get to know faculty informally, in contrast to meeting them formally in the classroom, laboratory, or patient care setting. Though the dinner is not mandatory, it is, year after year, a high point of Orientation Week. If you have a spouse/spouse equivalent who would like to attend with you please indicate that on the form below. We will make every effort to accommodate them as space permits. This is an advance notice so that you can plan that evening into your schedule. More details will be presented to you at the beginning of Orientation Week.
