	Brian Agne Business Systems Analyst, MED-Dean's Office b-agne@northwestern.edu Brian works with OME staff and faculty to articulate business needs and to document requirements that enable application developers from Feinberg’s Management Information Systems (MIS) group to design and build software tools to manage student data and support student learning. In this role he manages projects, conducts needs and process analyses, writes a variety of project documentation, creates and delivers training materials, and provides user support to help resolve issues.
	Jen Banys Visiting Students Program Coordinator j-banys@northwestern.edu Jen coordinates all aspects of the Visiting Students Program for medical students from other universities seeking a 4 or 8 week clerkship at Northwestern or Children's Memorial Hospitals. 	John Butter Assistant Professor, MED-General Internal j-butter@northwestern.edu Dr. Butter is a co-director of the Clinical Education Center. His work focuses on helping Northwestern students develop outstanding communication, physical examination and diagnostic skills so that they will be superb clinicians. He is a general internist at NMFF and works with students and residents in his outpatient clinic and on the inpatient medical service. He is also Associate Program Director in the Department of Medicine.
	Larry Cochard, PhD Anatomy Lab and Histology Lab Director lcochard@northwestern.edu Dr. Cochard is director of the anatomy and histology laboratories and is the managing course director for both the Structure-Function (S-F), an M1 course, and Scientific Basis of Medicine, an M2 course. He teaches anatomy, histology, and embryology thoughout the S-F course. Dr. Cochard is a resource for any issues and questions related to anatomy, embryology, histology, M1/M2 course policy, logistics and curricular content in general.
	Kim Considine Honors Program in Medical Education (HPME) Coordinator k-considine@northwestern.edu Kim coordinates the admissions process for high school seniors applying to the program. She tracks students during the undergraduate phase of the program. She communicates with prospective applicants, their parents and counselors. She coordinates functions for the HPME students on the Evanston campus.
	Linda Daniels Coordinator for Student Support Services l-daniels2@northwestern.edu Linda serves as the medical school liaison to student accounts, health services, health insurance, and the health information management service departments. She also identifies and provides housing resources; scholarship, fellowship, and research grant opportunities and oversees the student disability insurance group policy plan. In addition to these responsibilities, Linda assists the dean of student programs with preparing letters of support for students who participate in extra-academic programs.
	Amie Devine Project Specialist, Office of Continuing Medical Education a-devine@northwestern.edu Amie serves as a full service meeting planner for the medical school’s CME programs. She works closely with the school's faculty and Genevieve Napier in implementing CME program planning and managing program evaluation process.
	Richard C Gilbert Standardized Patient Trainer rgilbert@northwestern.edu As a Standardized Patient Trainer, Rick works with the Director of Standardized Patient Programs to implement programs utilizing standardized patients in the Clinical Education Center. Standardized patients (SPs) are individuals, many of whom are actors trained to realistically and consistently simulate avariety of patient scenarios with certain health care problems. The SP trainer instructs and coaches the SPs to portray the patient scenario, how to give verbal and written feedback on students’ interpersonal skills and how to document accurately and reliably students’ clinical skills performance.
	Cynthia Gonzalez Assistant Director of Financial Aid cgonzalez@northwestern.edu Cynthia is available to discuss any issues regarding financial aid and student loan repayment. It is her goal to provide our students with the information necessary to make educated decisions concerning financial aid. 	Marianne Green, MD Associate Dean for Medical Education and Competency Achievement Director of the Honors Program in Medical Education(HPME) m-green@northwestern.edu Dr. Green works closely with students in regards to career advising and academic achievement. She is leading Feinberg's Competency Education Initiative. Dean Green is a practicing internist at NMFF and teaches both students and residents in her clinic and on the medicine wards.
	Allison Hammer Patient, Physician and Society (clinical portion) and Teaching Selective Coordinator a-hammer@northwestern.edu Allison supports Dr. Robert Kushner with the clinical skills curriculum for the M1 and M2 students. She also coordinates the M4 Teaching Selective requirement.
	Heather Heiman, MD Assistant Professor h-heiman@northwestern.edu Dr. Heiman is a medical co-director of the Clinical Education Center. She helps medical students learn history-taking and physical exam skills, develops clinical skills assessments, and mentors fourth-year medical students teaching in the CEC. She is a primary care physician and works with medical students and residents in her outpatient internal medicine clinic.
	Diane Hill Administrative Assistant d-hill4@northwestern.edu Diane provides administrative support to the Associate Dean for Student Programs and Career Development. She assists fourth year medical students and handles all data related to students’ residency application process (letters of recommendation, transcripts, MSPEs). In addition, she assists with presentations, planning and implementation of special programs (Graduation, Founders' Day, White Coat Ceremony, etc).
	Berna Jacobson Office of Medical Education Senior Coordinator b-jacobson2@northwestern.edu Berna oversees and supports the centralized curriculum including assisting the curriculum coordinators in supporting courses, the recruitment of new mentors, and acts as a resource for the societies. Additionally, she staffs several educational committees including the Curriculum Committee and Planning and Improvement Sub-Committee. She is available as a resource for the educational programs for both faculty and student questions.
	Marsha Kaye Director of SP Programs m-kaye@northwestern.edu As Director of SP Programs, Marsha oversees the administration of all clinical education, assessment and research activities utilizing Standardized Patients (SPs) in the Clinical Education Center. These activities help students learn and master clinical competencies in areas of communication, history taking, physical exam and clinical reasoning skills. These activities occur throughout all four years of medical school and support and advance the academic goals of NUFSOM.
	Jennifer Langland Coordinator for Student Activities j-langland@northwestern.edu Jennifer coordinates many of the special events at Feinberg including Orientation Week, Family Day, Founders' Day, the Match Day celebration and graduation. Jennifer is the primary contact for all student organizations and serves as the liaison between the Student Senate and the administration. In addition to these duties, Jennifer constructs a portion of the MSPE (Dean's Letter).
	William McGaghie, PhD Jacob R. Suker, MD, Professor of Medical Education Professor of Preventive Medicine wcmc@northwestern.edu Dr. McGaghie's primary responsibilities include service as a mentor for junior faculty members’ medical education research projects; seeking external funding for clinical and educational research; teaching in the problem-based learning curriculum; service on Medical School and University committees and scholarship; expressed as writing, reviewing journal manuscripts and grant applications, consulting with medical schools and professional agencies, and service on professional and scientific boards.
	Stephanie Miller Special Projects Coordinator s-miller8@northwestern.edu Stephanie works closely with Drs. Thomas and Green to identify, address and coordinate educational iniatives and projects. She supports educational committees and departmental programs. She has access to Dr. Thomas and Dr. Green's calendars and would be happy to arrange meetings.
	Genevieve Napier Director, Office of Continuing Medical Education g-napier@northwestern.edu Genevieve works closely with the faculty in developing educational design and delivery of content for the medical school's continuing medical education (CME) programs. She is the liaison to Dr. John X. Thomas, Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education and the CME Review Committee in accrediting programs for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
	Erich Nelson Anatomy Lab Coordinator ehn@northwestern.edu Erich supports Dr. Larry Cochard with the M1 anatomy lab curriculum, assists with the Physical Therapy and Prosthetics-Orthotics anatomy programs, along with summer anatomy residency courses and lab workshops.

	Lanty O'Connor Simulation Specialist lanty-oconnor@northwestern.edu Lanty operates and researches various high-fidelity patient simulators for simulation based medical training. Lanty also operates a research lab that explores and creates synthetic tissues and body parts for simulation based training.

	Sandy Sanguino Associate Dean of Student Programs and Career Development ssanguino@northwestern.edu Dr. Sanguino is responsible for medical student programs and activities, career counseling, and residency advising. She is a pediatrician at Children’s Memorial Hospital and works with medical students and residents in her clinic and in the hospital.
	Suzanne Schwartz Administrative Director seschwartz@northwestern.edu Suzanne oversees financial, administrative and human resource activity. This includes working with Medical Education Deans, Faculty and Staff regarding financial matters related to curricular development and implementation, general office operations and serving as a resource regarding a variety of issues and processes.
	Peter Scott Scientific Basis of Medicine (SBM)and Medical Decision Making III Coordinator p-scott@northwestern.edu Peter supports Dr. Larry Cochard and Dr. Jon Lomasney in the M2 morning curriculum. He supports Drs. Eric Terman and Rob Golub in the MDM III course.

	Christine Swenson Web Designer Associate christine-swenson@northwestern.edu Christine administers the Augusta Webster, MD, Office of Medical Education (AWOME) websites. She edits and maintains the existing web pages and works with content owners to improve and update their existing sites.
	Sue Anne Tae Interdisciplinary of Medicine (IDM) and Patient, Physician and Society II (physican and society portion) and PPS IV Coordinator s-tae@northwestern.edu Sue Anne supports Dr. Douglas Reifler with IDM and PPS IV. She supports Dr. Kathy Neely with Patient Physician and Society for M2 students. She also supports Dr. Richard Green with the Research Thesis Program and the Medical Student Summer Reserach Program.
	John X. Thomas, Jr., PhD Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education jxt@northwestern.edu Dr.Thomas oversees all aspects of the undergraduate medical education. A physiologist by training, he gives many of the cardiovascular and general physiology lectures in the CVRR unit of Structure-Function course.
	Jessica Voth Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Patient, Physician and Society I (physician and society portion) Coordinator j-voth@northwestern.edu Jessica supports Dr. Patricia Garcia with the PBL courses. She also supports Dr. Kathy Neely with the Physician and Society course for the M1 students.
	John Vozenilek, MD Director, Northwestern McGaw Simulation Network Clinical Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and of Medical Education j-vozenilek@northwestern.edu John A.Vozenilek, MD works to create additional organizational capabilities within the Feinberg School, building resources for educators who wish to use additional innovative learning technologies for teaching and assessment. The scope of this collaborative work includes undergraduate, graduate, and continuing medical education.
	Kevin Ward Financial Assistant kevin-ward@northwestern.edu Kevin supports Suzanne Schwartz with administrative, financial and departmental issues. He also handles Clerkship travel inquiries and reimbursements. He is happy to address questions pertaining to the Office of Medical Education.
	Lisa Wittig Administrative Assistant wittig@northwestern.edu Lisa provides administrative support to Dr. LaBlance, Student Programs and Professional Development. She assists all students with parking, lockers, student mailboxes, pagers, scrub pin numbers, and NMH bages. She has access to Dr. LaBlance's calendar and would be happy to arrange meetings.
