Description:  The APA provides travel and related costs to minority students who wish to attend the APA Annual Meeting. This fellowship is part of the APA minority fellowships and is supported by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

Eligibility:  Open to currently enrolled U.S. ethnic minority medical students. Ethnic minorities are: American-Indian, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian, Asian-American, African-American, and Hispanic/Latino. 

Award Amount: Travel expense coverage (registration, transportation, hotel and per diem.
